Kaxite Sealing Carbon Graphite Glass Fiber Filled PTFE Teflon Tube PTFE resin offers exceptional durability and chemical resistance for demanding industrial applications like sealing and fluid handling. Its unique blend of carbon, graphite, and glass fiber enhances strength and stability, outperforming standard PTFE in harsh environments. Ideal for engineers and manufacturers facing extreme conditions, this tube ensures reliable performance and peace of mind. Experience superior quality with innovation that sets it apart—choose Kaxite Sealing for your critical needs.
Applications
of PTFE (poly vinyl fluoride and fluorine six propylene copolymer)
produced the full transparent tube, which retains the properties of PTFE
as: excellent resistance to high temperature, chemical stability,
electric insulation, highlighting the less viscous and high mechanical
strength, only in the high temperature side it is 50°C lower than PTFE
.But it have more elasticity and full transparency and are used to
transport liquids, gas easier when need to see observation of internal
fluids condition.

as a sleeving for protecting cables,Widely used in high pressure hose
applications requiring a long flex and impulse life, etc.
This PTFE teflon oil seal has low dielectric constant
Low water adsorption
best corrosion-resistant
Good weathering properties
PTFE
resin, filled with some filling stuff, can prolong the life of products
and strengthen the performance,eg:Graphite,Carbon ,Glass fiber ,bronze
Glass Fiber:
Increases compressive strength, rigidity and wear.
Reduces creep and cold flow
Minimal effect on chemical and electrical properties
Carbon:
Increases compressive strength, hardness, wear, and load properties.
Good chemical resistance
Various types and amounts of carbon can be added to alter conductivity
Graphite:
Reduces coefficient of friction
Reduces initial wear
Increases strength
Molybdenum Disulfide:
Increases hardness, stiffness, and wear
Minimal effect on chemical and electrical properties
Bronze:
Increases hardness and wear resistance
Increases dimensional stability and compressive strength
Not suitable for corrosive or electrical applications
